Florence, Muscle Shoals, Sheffield, and Tuscumbia make up the Quad-Cities, commonly referred to as the Shoals, with the beautiful Tennessee River running through the middle. Florence is home to the Division-1, University of North Alabama, and is filled with shopping, top-rated restaurants, and community events in the quaint downtown area-- while Muscle Shoals is known for being the Hit Making Capital of the World thanks to Fame Studio. Sheffield sits on the water and is growing every day adding unique shops and eateries, including the Creative Grape, Rock 310, and Red Clay Table.
